Welcome Y'all

We are a 4-H horse judging team made up of about fifteen members, grades four through twelve. Our leaders are Mrs. Debbie Lovell and Mr. Timmy Mann. We get together at least once a month to study for several horse-related events which we attend. This year we are currently preparing for the 2000 Tennessee 4-H Horse Bowl and Hippology Contest held in Columbia, TN in mid February and the District 4-H Horse Judging contest held in Mufreesboro, TN in late March. In addition to 4-H judging competitions, we also attend 4-H horse shows (where we may show our own horses) and county horse shows (we show our horses, help out, and sometimes judge). We visit farms throughout the state where we meet really interesting people and have the opportunity to see and judge some really nice horses. Our team judges many different breeds of horses in various classes.

Even though we work hard, we have a lot of fun too! Each year we have a Christmas party and our older members host a county 4-H horse show in the late Spring.
